Hi lads,

There was a good programme on Sky this morning showing how Wittmann's Tiger was blown up and the turret landing yards away from the main body. They then filmed his grave in the Le Cambe cemetary. There is also another Tiger commander buried there but I didn't catch the name.

Are there any models you can bring over and show to us next Friday?

I watched it Jim have a look at the post under war years, was really interesting about Joe Ekins from Rushden, he did a podcast for the tank museum last year so i assume he is still kicking around, now there would be a good speaker

Paul Neil, Are you still on for the night out at the OG's on Friday? I am definetly on for it. Jim asked if we could bring some models along. Do you think we could somehow manage the dio?

Bloody hell Mick it would take a bit of carrying, as your driving and not drinking that would fall to you as i would not want to try it. can if you want might make an interesting talking piece

Sorry guys missed the dinner and also missed the chance of showing the Dio to the chaps . If steve or any of the other guys would like to see it then no probs for them to come round.
